This Privacy Policy describes how IE Ivan Baikov ("Mahulenok", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website at mahcorp.xyz (the "Website") or use the mobile applications and games that we publish (the "Apps"). The Website and the Apps are together referred to as the "Services".

By using the Services you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you contact us by email, send a support request or otherwise communicate with us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Apps, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

The Website does not use cookies or tracking pixels and does not collect personal information unless you contact us.

  • detect, prevent and fix crashes, bugs and security issues;

3. Third-party services

Our Apps may include software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties that collect information under their own privacy policies. Depending on the App, these may include:

  • Google Play Services — distribution, updates and in-app purchases through Google Play;
  • Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — usage analytics and crash reporting;
  • Google AdMob — advertising in ad-supported Apps.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • with service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising) and that may use it only on our behalf;
  • when required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Mahulenok, our users or others;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the request is resolved. Analytics and crash data are retained according to the retention settings of the respective service provider.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights and choices

  • reset or delete your advertising identifier and opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings;
  • uninstall an App at any time to stop all data collection by that App;

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice in the affected Apps.
